About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from CordPop in Australia. They do not exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and compatibility
Customers must choose a connector compatible with their device. Compatibility examples are general guidance, not a guarantee for every device. Product descriptions, photographs and specifications will be checked against physical stock before launch.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed and stock is successfully allocated. Obvious pricing or stock errors may require cancellation and a full refund.
Shipping
Shipping options and prices are shown before payment. Local or school handover requires a separately agreed handover. Untracked shipping has no tracking events. Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays outside CordPop’s reasonable control may occur.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply. See the shipping and returns page for CordPop’s process and general information about major and minor problems.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent allowed by law, CordPop is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia.
