Current postage plan

The planned pack includes a clear storage case. Australia Post requires domestic letter contents to remain flexible and treats rigid or inflexible contents as parcels.

Until the exact case and completed pack pass a physical flexibility, size and weight test, NomaeCord will treat the order as a parcel and will not advertise the earlier A$3.40 large-letter estimate.

Before the listing is final

A complete order still needs to be packed, weighed and measured. The listing should initially use eBay calculated tracked parcel postage or another exact tested rate approved by the eligible adult account holder.

Do not rely on a placeholder price. The amount and delivery estimate shown in the live eBay listing apply to the order.

Delivery and tracking

Buyers should use the eBay order page and eBay messages for tracking, delivery questions and address issues. Tracking should be attached to the eBay order when the postage label is created.

Change of mind

No separate change-of-mind promise has been approved. This does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any protection that applies through eBay.

Faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described products

Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply automatically. The available remedy depends on the problem and the law. Contact the seller through the eBay order with a clear description and supporting photos where useful.
