What CordPop collects
When you order or contact CordPop, the store may collect your name, email address, delivery address, selected products, order history and messages. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CordPop.
Why it is used
Information is used to process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve store operations.
Who receives it
Necessary information may be shared with Stripe for payment, Australia Post or another chosen carrier for delivery, and service providers used for store hosting, email or order administration. Information is not sold.
Storage and access
Orders are intended to be stored in the store database. Reasonable steps will be taken to secure personal information. You can ask what information is held about you or request a correction through the contact page.
Cookies and local storage
The cart uses browser local storage so selections survive a refresh. Stripe may set its own cookies when you enter its hosted checkout.
Contact
Use the contact page for privacy questions or complaints. Final business contact details must be added before launch.
